Get Involved: ways you can help people to 'Reach the Beach'

Being on a beach is such a simple but important pleasure, and we are delighted that we can offer it for FREE. However, specialist equipment, the building, maintenance, insurance , signage, etc. all cost money, so we are always in need of help and donations that will allow us to continue helping people to ‘Reach the Beach’.

Whether you are an individual, a business or an organisation, we will be very grateful for any support you can offer.

By Volunteering.
​None of this would be possible without our marvellous volunteers. Age or qualifications aren't important, but if you are local, flexible with your time and really enjoy meeting and helping people, we would love to welcome you to our friendly team.
We have a variety of roles you could help with, whether by greeting and helping people, giving advice on the chairs, arranging bookings, admin, maintainance, fund raising, spreading the word, or anything else we can think of!

It doesn’t have to take up much of your time, anything from a half hour for chair hiring, to a few hours here and there, will really make a difference.
​
Hire of the Mobi-chair needs trained swimming instructors, so if that is something you or anyone you know could help with, that would be marvellous.
